Long range 22 LR iron sights 100 yards+

I have an Anschutz 164 sporter in 22lr. Right now it has the factory sights, which are at their limit with normal 22 lr. I very much enjoy shooting the CZ 452 Lux with the tangent sights at extended ranges 100 yards+.

What sight options do I have for the 164 that would give me similar capabilities to the CZ 452?

This looks like a similar sight, but I don't know if it would fit on the 164.

I also have the option of aperture sights on the dovetail. Any suggestions for that?

For long range I'd go with the aperature sights. If nothing else it sharpens up the vision. They are best combined with the globe style front sight to produce a really great long range non scoped setup.

A while back I picked up an Anschutz rear peep at a gun show for what I thought was a rather princely sum. I'm looking for a suitable rifle to mount it onto. I looked it up to suggest it for your rifle but pretty much gagged when I saw it listed for $265. I know that there are other options. Not as nice perhaps but still useable. Or of you are like me and feel that a scope is sort of cheating then a good peep sight set may be worth the cost.

Rear sight

A quality rear sight may well cost as much as a good scope.
A "budget" option, but still a nice piece of hardware is Gehmann's Compact Rear Sight. I believe that it will fit onto the Anschutz dovetail. $137 at Champion's Choice. You need a diopter disc for it at an additional $51 (and up depending on how sophisticated you want to get.)

This set up is perfectly suited for use at the ranges that you mentioned.
Have you looked at sights from The Williams Sight Co.? Way less money....but way less in most other ways also.....very simple.
