I have the opportunity to obtain a used Rem. 870 Express (pre J-lock) with a 20" fully rifled barrel with rifle sights for $190. It has good wood, good finish, and good internals. Should I jump on this?

Will that configuration do what you need it to do? If the answer is yes then buy it. If no then would you get a decent amount of enjoyment out of it? If yes then still buy it, if not recommend it to a buddy who might need its particular attributes.

As is, it's only a good deal if you're going to shoot sabot slugs.
Rifled barrels are for sabot slugs ONLY, no birdshot, no buckshot, and no standard rifled slugs.
