I doubt that there is any site where you could obtain more info, at least not a U.S. site. Those guns were never imported here, mainly because most were in 8mm Lebel, which was not made here. The 1911 ALFA catalog shows several of them chambered for the Lebel and 7.62 Russian Nagant cartridges. They sold for between 16 and 40 marks ($4 - $10) at that time. For comparison, a Colt Model 1903 .32 ACP sold for 116 marks, a Luger for a little more, an Iver Johnson breaktop for 34 marks.
