Need help identifing this .22 SA revolver!!

Need some help identifing this revolver. It is a single action "cowboy" style and here are the markings. It is up for sell for $125. I have been thinking about getting one but have never heard of this one. HELP?

The price is a bit rich for that revolver.
$75.00 would be more in line.
$125.00 for as new and that is no where near being as new.

I paid $79.00 for a brand new one twenty some years ago down in Texas.
It did what I expected it to do but it wasn't anything special.
