As Simple As It Sounds I Am Having Trouble In Putting The Trigger Assembly Back Into The Bolt Assembly. I Have The 2 Pins And The Bolt Is In The Housing, But For Some Reason The Trigger Assembly Does Not Mate Up Right With The Bolt Assembly.
I Can Get Them To Mate Up And Put The Pins In, But The Bolt Action With The Trigger Does Not Work Real Well.

Any Advice Would Be Great.

This MAY help .. I have taken mine apart many times but I am not quite sure what your problem may be..

Check your work area for missing parts. Double check the safety detain and it's ever so small spring.

Hell is in the details

As Anthony White pointed out, I'd suggest you check to see if the hammer is cocked. It makes a difference.

A little closer

I have got things back togather......probably operator error. Now though, when I pull back the bolt back, it does not stay back in a locked poistion.

You are using the bolt stop lever correctly? It is the stock unmodded bolt stop?

All should be good

I am using all original parts, just for some reason it does not want to work. I am going to try to rework placing the bolt / spring back in and see what happens. I will let all know.:banghead:

(for next time:)
I learned the best thing to do with the 10-22 is to just not take it apart, unless someone is threatening to kill you. Even then, it's an unfair punishment.
I just use a nice gasoline bath. followed by a quick shot of carb cleaner, then the gun cleaning stuff. If that doesn't get it clean, and keep it clean for a while.
Then welcome to tiny pin/spring hell.
Good luck with it, though.

When you say,

...But The Bolt Action With The Trigger Does Not Work Real Well.

what exactly do you mean? Does the hammer prevent the bolt from cycling fully rearward? Does the hammer not reset (follows the bolt)?

At this point, I would guess if the hammer is hindering bolt movement, possibly the hammer spring/strut assembly is not seated correctly in the trigger housing or the back of the hammer. A few reasons for the hammer not resetting.
