My son and his buddy recently decided to take apart and clean his buddy's grandfather's Marlin 60 since it supposedly hadn't been shot in over 20 years or so. My son then proudly gave me the gun with the (cleaned) parts in a bag and said, "It's missing some springs or something, so could you put this back together for us", and off he went to college. 
I tried my best, but of course, having zero experience, I think I now need to take the gun to a gunsmith to figure it out and put it back where it will work. 
The part I couldn't figure out how to get back in place was the "Disconnector Spring". The part which was missing was the "Extension Spring".
Does anybody know someplace in Houston where I can take this Marlin 60 and get it put back together, and the missing spring installed. Or is this really something that someone who who can type a message on THR should be able to figure out?
