I know it's not what you're looking for but I carry mine in a leather belt slide made by Triple K. They were one of the very few companies who made a weapon-specific holster for the 9000 when I bought it a few years ago.

Your best bet is to hit up a gun shop with your Beretta and try it on a few universal holsters, like Uncle Mikes, and see which size fits.

Incidentally, Blackhawk makes a VERY simple belt slide holster which I bought for about $10. It fits everything from my wife's Glock 27 to my Taurus Raging Bull.

Quite simply, it doesn't get more universal than this. When I get a new gun and I don't have a holster for it yet, this is what I carry it in. For the price, you can pick one up and use it until you find a permanent holster.

I have and carry a 9000s. I have three holsters for it.

I have a nylon Uncle Mikes that stays in the Jeep. I just looked and it has no name or number on it. I can't remember which one it is, sorry. It measures 7 inches tall by about 4 1/2 inches wide at the widest point. Maybe that will help you figure out which one works.

I most often use a leather tuckable IWB by Galco. The markings on it are G719H and USA286. I don't know if that helps. I believe it was molded for a Glock, but the 9000 fits well and is held securely.

I also have a leather OWB Bianchi #5 molded for a Sig P226. This also fits the 9000 very well.

Like MasterOfMalice said, your best bet is to do what I did and take the gun into a shop and try a bunch out. You should be able to find one that works.

I use a Hume H715M IWB clipon with my 9000. I have also found it to size match a Sig 239 (triggerguard is about the same shape), although a tightly boned leather or a molded Kydex holster likely will not fit. I carry a spare mag on a Hume clip on mag holder opposite side to the gun. Hume still makes holsters specifically for this gun, BTW. Although my 9000 has been completely reliable and accurate, I don't carry it much. I usually go for a Glock 19 or 26 with the appropriate Hume H715M. The Glock basically got there first. Frankly I'm found these nylon/spare mag clipon holsters to be unsatisfactory (they're uncomfortable, but that's just my opinion YMMV).

I like Galco pancakes, but today I bought a Fobus evolution. It was only $29.99 and it came with a double mag pouch. It is very comfortable and it holds my 1911 well. I figured for the money, I could'nt go wrong. It turned out to be pretty good for me, so far.

I have two holsters for my 9000. A Milt Sparks VMII (I love it) which is not what you are looking for and a Bianca (sp) soft suede holster, which is closer to what you are looking for.
