I want to replace the magazine springs for my 75B. I've had problems using Wolf recoil springs in the past. (binding)
Someone mentioned in a post he used Browning Hi-power recoil springs and they worked better. Should I go with Wolff Hi-power mag springs or EAA Witness mag springs. Thanks for your input.

Frankly, either way. There really isn't much difference in spring construction between the high power magazine and the CZ-75 magazine.

There are Wolff +5% and +10% fullsize EAA magazine springs, neither will bind in OEM and/or Mec-Gar CZ magazines.

Wolff EAA Compact springs only come in the +5% version. These fit without binding in the OEM, Mec-Gar, and Pro-Mag CZ compact magazines.

i would think that the cz75 magazine spring would be longer than the hi power spring

Here, Here, Ash! Then again, I've never had a problem with my magazines & I have 2 CZ 75s (one I've had for close to 5 years). But I agree with Ash...and IMO also get some replacement springs from CZ. Then you've got no worries mate!

Angus Hobdell sells both CZ-UB and Wolff springs. The mag springs (except the TS) all appear to come from Wolff. He is currently out of stock on most of the magazine springs.

Wolff sells their own springs directly, but they charge about $1 more.

I wouldn't recommend buying CZ-UB magazine springs, as they are a lot softer than the Wolff replacements and will cost more from CZ-USA. The last time I tried to buy magazine parts and springs from Mec-Gar, they wouldn't return my emails and letter.

Good info, all. I think Wolff Co. needs to give the CZ mag springs its own stocking #. As I tried to order some from Midway USA, it took me half an hour to realize why I can't find any CZ mag springs. They are under EAA Witness name.:banghead:
