BIG MIKE : Your quite correct on most of your guns : the ENFIELDS ARE no.4mk1's a model used in WW 2, the JAPANESE RIFLE is JAPANESE the CHRYSANTHEMUM ON THE BREECH is the IMPERIAL JAPANESE SYMBOL, the ITALIAN RIFLE is ITALIAN only it appears to be " sporterized and the back part of the bolt is missing" , the SPRINGFIELD appears to be an .45-70 1873 MODEL SPRINGFIELD TRAPDOOR RIFLE the model developed to use all the left over civil war rifles( IT MAYBE AN EARLIER MODEL IN .50 CAL), the .45 1911 is not a SPRINGFIELD ,it appears to be a COLT manufactured 1911 .45 ACP and blued not parkerized so it is probably is a WW 1 PISTOL although an officer from WW 1 may have carried it in WW2 (the WW2 .45 acp were 1911A1 models and had some changes from the WW1 1911 model). Your photos are okay but if you want more specific information rub a little chalk or white wax crayon into any markings and try some close ups and photograph with bright non direct light and no flash to avoid any glare.

the .45 1911 is not a SPRINGFIELD ,it appears to be a COLT manufactured 1911 .45 ACP and blued not parkerized so it is probably is a WW 1 PISTOL although an officer from WW 1 may have carried it in WW2 (the WW2 .45 acp were 1911A1 models and had some changes from the WW1 1911 model).

Thanks for the info Bearman, but Old Fuff told me the serial no. put the pistol in the numbers produced at Springfield.

It has the micro-adjustable rear sight, which is a combat sight and an adjustable sight for long-range shooting. War expediencies meant that sight was changed to a simple short range and long range combat sight, only two settings depending on how it was flipped. It looks to be in fine shape, but other than what I have said I cannot say.
