I am considering purchasing a Kahr P380 for my Girlfriend for her CC. I've read a lot of positive and negative feedback on this forum on certain Kahr models but haven't seen anything on the P380. Any input on this model would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have not shot the 380 but it is tiny and very much feels like it's big brothers. I just picked up a PM9 and have put 200ish rounds downrange with it, no hiccups, so I would recommend a Kahr. She will have to break it in, they come tight as all heck. From dry firing it (P380), the trigger feels the same as the rest of the Kahr's and this is a good thing. I plan on buying one in the summer. A big plus for me is that it has actual sights (Tritium if you pay extra) unlike the LCP/P3AT. I realize that small of a gun is more of a point and shoot but I like having the sights nonwithstanding, I would pay the 50 bucks for the tritium sights too.

I have about 250 rounds through a Kahr .380. I also have a KelTec P3AT and P32. My summer carry gun in a Kahr P9. I have had no issues with either Kahr. The trigger on the .380 is amazing, better than the P9 and much better than the KelTecs.

Thanks for the input, Gentlemen. Once she has the P380 and it is proven reliable and worthy, I plan to get the PM9.

I have around 100 rounds in my P380 and it's had zero issues. I have had the same experience with my PM9 and K9 (Elite 2003).

I have over 600 rounds through my P380 with no problem. Just had night sights put on as well.
