C title...this is about a guy who was improperly ejected from public property for packing. Can't go into details in public but it's an easy "no discovery" suit. Any tips welcome.

Well...the main thing is "pro RKBA". The legal issues are pretty simple...to be honest, really anybody with a law degree can cope.

The case may be easy, but I don't think there is any such thing as a 'no discovery" suit. Are you claiming that NO ONE is going to be deposed?
