The regular Taurus model 85 is 6.3" long and weighs about 22 oz in the all steel gun.
The picture of the girl holding it shows poor trigger discipline. I realize I'm being nitpicky, but if you are advertising to "gun people" you'd think that would be something to check before 'going to print.'
I would be very interested in an 7-8 shot 22mag in that small a packageThe typical Smith J frame is about the same as the Taurus 85 in an all steel gun,but their lightweight aluminum frame 642 is 15 oz and about 6.25" long. Taurus is on to something here but it would probably sell better in 32 or 22 mag.
+1 on thatI would be very interested in an 7-8 shot 22mag in that small a package
I don't know anyone that's a "gun guy" that carries a Taurus.
I would say you don't know too many "gun guys"Taurus isn't advertising to "gun people". They buy Smiths or Rugers. I don't know anyone that's a "gun guy" that carries a Taurus.
