Well it wouldn't be an internet forum if someone didn't completely disregard the OP question and suggest a Glock 17 or 19. I am picking a 19 up tomorrow and from what I have shot, I am very pleased.

I've had all three out of your 3 to choose from I'd say the Browning and the CZ are about equal, except the Browning usually cost more and factory mags cost much more.
The Ruger feels like a brick, but shoots just as accurate as the others and most mags are interchangable and can sometimes be found in a "bargain bin" boxes of mags.
Lately though I've found a bunch of S&W 9mm pistols from PD trade-in's at great prices and always seem to find spare factory mags in the "bargain bin" boxes.
