New Argy HP

I just got a new Argy HP, would appreciate any info on year/age, contract /user, etc.

Black enamel finish seems original.
Small safety, spur hammer, front lightening cuts.
Left side: F.N. BROWNING ARGENTINA FMAP HI-POWER
The F.N. BROWNING is sharp, deep, and even but the ARGENTINA etc. is very light and uneven.
Right side: Matching proofs on barrel and trig. guard, T(with star on top) at rear of slide, P on frame just below safety shaft stub.
Matching serial #289XXX on frame/slide/barrel, but not aligned.
Importer "C.M.O." on grip base behind mag opening.

Shot it today, very nice. Shoots to POA. Only glitch was last round in the mag it came with didn't feed right. The other 8 I brought were fine. I'll give that one a few more goes before any drastic action. Just took the mag disconnect out. Will test again tomorrow...if lucky!
I'd still like to hear any thoughts or info.
