Hey all..............

I have some brand new 15 round Beretta 92/M9 mags still in the packages and I was going to put them up for auction. They are made in the US by gov't contract Check-mate Industries, Inc. out of Wyandanch, NY. How much are they going for and as one or two of these is post ban production (restricted LEO/Gov't use), are there special regs I have to follow?

If you are interested in them, PM me.

Thanks,

Yes, and as I suspected.

There are many dealers out there, even on auction sites, that have these mags for sale, there are military surplus mags, LEO mags, etc. all finding their way into the system one way or another. Either legally or not.

However, the mags that apply (post ban, or restricted) should be listed as such and that's what I'm asking about. If they are listed appropriately and handled according to rules/regs......I would expect those transactions to be legal and legitimate.

I want to cover all bases so as not to break any laws.

Thanks for the input.

Plus, I think those check-mate mags are the ones causing alot of problems for the boys playing over in the big sand box.

I believe that in addition to LEOs, only FFL-holders can stock these mags. Being neither, if I accidentally came across restricted mags, I would not have them in my posession...
