Plain Jane no mods Glock 26. The only thing I plan to change is to get a set of night sights.

Sorry for the crappy pics, no batteries for the real camera, the Blackberry will have to cut it for now (not like anybody doesn't know what a baby Glock looks like).

My favorite thing about it is how it offers the performance of a full size auto, but it's small enough to hide under a t-shirt quite easily.

Yeah. T-Shirt for realz.

I used to carry my 27 around for about five months a year under board shorts and a slim skater-type T-shirt in a FIST IWB holster, all the time, knowing I was carrying a pistol that was at least equal to any service auto out there, often better than, and it was hidden like whoa.

Yeah, people complain about the performance of a 3.5" auto, but it is pretty much the same as a regular service auto, plus this particular platform is better than you average service auto.

I come to find out that short barreled Gold Dots (+p 124gr) break 1200 fps in the 26, which to me is service auto velocity. I know Glock's polygonal rifling helps with velocity, which was one of the things that set it apart from similar sized weapons. I've always liked the trigger arrangement on a Glock, along with the design in general. I used to have a 34 some years ago, but I dare say that for the 9mm, it's near impossible to beat the 26.

In a full size gun I'd prefer something like a .40 or better still, a .45, but finally I have a gun that I can easily conceal without feeling under-armed. That is truly a great feeling.

That is a great feeling, isn't it?

You got yourself a top notch EDC/HD gun there.
