New every day carry. Made up by a local leather guy for left front pocket carry. I am right handed but this is a backup if my right hand gets overly engaged or it comes up empty.

The knife is a $20 CRKT I bought at Lowes. The flashlight is a one cell CR123 Streamlight that puts out lots of light for it's size.

It's very nice. I think in-the-pocket holsters like this are underappreciated. For one, just keeping stuff from banging together or chewing up your pants. I just finished one myself that I made from synthetic leather. But it's not for weapons, just stuff I need to reach in my pocket and find without spending 5 minutes figuring out what's what.

The Minimalist is one of my very favorite "neck" knives, especially the original Wharnie version. The last one I bought came with a little adapter so it could also be worn OWB.

I love the design of my minamalist, wharncliffe blade. However, I don't love the steel. I get that it's an inexpensive knife and one cannot expect more at that price point. I'd happily pay more for better steel and have considered getting a folts custom version. The crkt can be sharpened up easily enough but doesn't hold an edge well.

I carried mine as a neck knife but eventually got a spyderco ARK for a kneck knife. It lies flatter and since I'd wear the minamalist running it eventually started getting surface rust. I now carry the minamalist in my pocket or on a belt and still love the design as a small EDC fixed blade. It's just a great design and very handy knife. It also has a pretty useful sheath which is really nice given the price point. A great knife can be spoiled by a poor sheath.

Yeah, I'll agree the Minimalist isn't great steel, but I'm probably spoiled by my Spydercos. :)
