I just purchased my 3rd CZ, A CZ 75B SA T set up by the CZ custom shop. The shop/range let me fire it before I purchased. Put 50 rds through it , but I knew that I was buying this handgun after the 3rd or 4th rd. Most accurate handgun that I have fired so far. The trigger is simply outstanding. Everything on the gun feels smooth as glass. The custom shop takes these handguns to a another level completely.

Now you know why I own 7 CZ pistols, 4 centerfire rifles, and 5 rimfire rifles.:D

Congrats on your new pistol, but you know what they say,..... "This thread is worthless without pictures".

Can you show us a pic of what your new CZ looks like? The only one on the CZ website is the CZ 75 SA Target and is shown as being discontinued last year.

Is the SA trigger that straight one? Is it only available in SAO or can you get a SA/DA trigger in that style too?

I've never tried the straight (SA) trigger in a DA gun. It would certainly FIT, but I'm told (by authoritative people) that it won't work in the DA/SA models, as it's shape doesn't allow enough forward movement to let the DA trigger to reset.

(The straight trigger came in several forms, but the one's I've used were adjustable for both take-up and over-travel, which can reduce both of those movements to almost nothing. You can install a stop on the DA/SA trigger to limit overtravel, or just install the 85 Combat trigger.)

There is a trigger from Cajun Gun Works that shortens the pull a bit. Some of the newer CZ models have a trigger that has more curve to it, and some like it and some hate. These last two work in any CZ DA/SA model.
