but he wont shoot it again, just the one outing!!
but i talked him into getting a blued GP-100
and he picked it up yesterday
today he shot the tar out of it!
what a sweet shooter!
i was amazed how good the trigger is, it doesnt need a single thing
i had him shooting up a bunch of odd and end carp i had in the ammo box
he had a ball!!
and here she is all dirtied up for your viewing pleasure

I handled a Match Champion a month or two ago. It's a real nice gun and if I was in the market for a 4" 357 I'd be hard pressed to choose between it and a S&W 686.

the only thing I would change on it would be to put a fatter grip on it.

Tell him to shoot his stainless gun, fer gosh sakes. All you need is a lead removing cloth or some Semichrome. I keep this Security-Six looking brand new with no trouble. Tell him he should sell one of those boat anchors and get a S&W 686.

For goodness sakes... I'd much rather shoot the SS than the blued just to prevent the frag line on the cylinder. I have two just for that reason. Blued in the night stand, SS 6" for the range toy!
