I am looking for a new toy! I am basically open to anything but I am mainly looking for a rifle. Please post pics of your entire collection or - if it's too big - just some of it. If you couolld help me pick something out it would be great!

here's my collection now:
-Ruger 10/22
-Rossi .22/410
-Savage .22lr Bolt Action
-Walther G22
-Baby Eagle 9mm
-Remington 870
-Marlin 30/30
-Ruger M77 Compact 7mm-08

*Right now I am looking at either a: Rem 700 VLS in .243; Rem XR-100 22-250; Savage .308 w/ HS Precision stock; and a Ruger no 1 chambered for 22-250

*I think I have found a good deal at Sportsmans Wharehouse on the Rem 700 VLS in .243. They have it on sale for $650. Is this a good deal? The others are: Remington XR-100 - $750; Savage - $850; Ruger - $750 ?

What types of groupings could I shoot with these do you think?

You are notably missing .30-06, but .308 would be my choice of what you have on the list.

Go with the Savage .308WIN.

I'd vote for the Ruger No 1 because they're neat guns and fills a gap in your collection. Not sure why you'd be looking at a 22-250 specifically (it's a fine cartridge, but there are lots of others in the same class), but I'd recommend hitting the used market and looking for a 22 to 25 caliber varmint model and picking the one with the best wood. Try rugerforum.com if you go that route.

Seems there have been a lot of new threads started lately asking evryone to post pictures of their stuff. Do you REALLY need a tracable picture of everything i own to decide what new toy to get ?

(QUOTE) "It actually helps me out alot but if you don't want to do it then just don't do it!"

I just gotta ask, exactly how does me and everyone here posting pictures of our weapon stash "help you out"? You obviously already have more than enough internet skills easily to search out pics and info on everything ever made.
Again, i find it a little odd, if not suspicious and disturbing, that we keep seeing requests for extensive photos of our personal arsenals, and your nonsensical response does little to calm my concerns.
And the fact that you have nothing specifically in mind whatsoever, no parameters, like budget, intended use, caliber, etc. also has me scratching my head. You're seriously are asking every forum member here to post traceable pics of everything they own, so you can dial through them all and whimsically pick something out ? :scrutiny:

Check this out <http://www.savagearms.com/st_200short.htm> made by Savage. The only drawback is the trigger but you can install a Timney or equivelant and still not have $500 invested. ROLL TIDE!
