New Haven/Mossberg 600AT/500 Recoil Pad

I've got an old New Haven 600AT (Mossberg 500) that needs a new recoil pad. I'm having trouble finding one that doesn't need a lot of modifications to fit. I've found some of the Limbsaver models that are the right size but the screw holes don't line up. I'm thinking about gluing it on since it's not an expensive gun. Does anybody know if there is a pad that will fit this gun or what type of glue I should use?

What about a new stock and forend? I see one from Hogue and some others. Anybody got any suggestions?

Does yours have a wood stock ? If so, just drill new holds that line up with the new recoil pad. Glue will not hold unless you never use the gun at all.
