It is , my property borders a state forest on 3 sides with the road separating them and you can hunt at the side of the road . You are not suppose to shoot across the road , so I am sure they would never do that when they are facing my property and they see a deer . It is a safety concern when I see them parked on both sides of my driveway in the road .
I think that I am going to lease it to a hunting club next year and set boundaries and let them police it .
