Greetings from a hot and windy Cape Town,in the Republic of South Africa.
It's summer down here at the southern tip of Africa, so we are all ready to get some shooting done! BP firearms have been "deregulated" in terms of the new Firearms Control Act ie they do not need a licence and can be bought over the counter, but all other firearms (and their owners) face more and harsher restrictions. Enough moaning!
My question: I own a Uberti Remington 44 replica. It shoots low and to the left. As the gun does not have adjustable sights would I have to drift the front sight to the left or to the right in order to shoot to the centre? I realize that in order to adjust elevation it would be necessary to file the front sight down a bit to raise the barrel (something that does not please me, but everything has its price).
Thanks and good shooting!
