Your comparing it to a Sig 239!!!. I know the 239 is not the lightest or slimmest, but comparing it to a M&Pc is almost unfair
I'm not sure how to read this.

I'd much rather have a M&P9c than any P239.

I loved the old SIG 225, but when they transitioned to the 239 something changed about the feel of the gun...and it wasn't for the positive

I'm confused by this to...

I love my 239, despite its short comings. I think that a lot of people will agree it's a very well made handgun, inside and out. Much to my surprise, the M&P is not too far off when it comes to fit and finish.

I've had my 9c for over a year and carry it every day. I love it. Although I actually think the ct grip is a little small for me. I guess I must have larger hands than most. I've got about 3k rounds through mine without a single hiccup, including a few very "hot" hand loaded rounds. Love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.

I have a IWB holster from N82 tactical.Best one I have found yet for my S&W compact & shield models.;)Comparing a sig 239 to a S&W 9c is like apple and oranges.I would think the S&W shield model would be somewhat closer comparsion.
