Something I've had on order for almost 2 years... made by Ariel Salavierria, an Argentinian knife smith that does his own san mai damascus as well as stainless damascus and various mokume.

Mine is san mai steel with stag scales and copper/bronze mokume bolster and bead. Fully functional, but you know I'll never have the heart to use it!

Now, wouldn't it be a shame if you had a beautiful wife, and
all you did was to behold her? Sigh!

I think your enjoyment of that beauty, it really is that, would be to use "her"
-and just to take care of her then.
