Hello all, been reading the forum for the past couple of days and find it to be a great resource. Here is my question. I have reloaded on and off for years but sold my rock chucker and equipment a few years ago. I am looking to set up a bench again and have been thinking about what press to get.

I have been looking at some of the turret presses and thought that I might like to give one a try, the Lee Classic looks interesting. How well do think it work for rifle rounds. I am looking at load fairly accurate rounds for varminting but like the thought of speeding things up a bit.

I shoot a .243 Win and 220 Swift for varmints, .270 for elk and deer, 357 mag and 45 acp because I can. I shoot more varmint rounds that anything but the pistol and revolvers come in a close second.

Any thoughts that you would like to share would be helpful.

Consider the Redding T-7 Turret Press. I love mine. It's built like a tank and I have 7 die stations that are usually mostly filled.

Thanks for the all the replies, I am still looking at a few different presses but the lee seems like just what I'm looking for.

Do you all feel the kit is a good deal or is it better to buy the press alone and pick up other equipment separately?

i too would go with the redding T-7, u can load everythin but super mags in it with eaise, but for LONG work the redding ulra mag is good, i have both, and both are exelent.
