I think it looks pretty good. How difficult is it to change out the sights on my own?
Opinions vary on this.

IMO, it is simple. I've installed all of mine with brass punches and flat files when necessary. I haven't broken a tritium vial or marred the finish on any of them, yet man people will repeat verbatim that it can't be done correctly without a pusher. :) But they are mounted correctly with no problems. Glocks are really straight forward when it comes to mounting sights.

If you've never done drifted in some new sights before or you don't feel confident in your mechanical ability, let your local gun store do it. They'll use a sight pusher, which is easier...but it still can be done old school style with a brass punch.

i managed to put a measly 200 rounds through it today, and i must say, I am pretty damn impressed with the stock sights. I managed to maintain the most consistent groups of all my pistols (G19, sig p226 .22LR, ruger p95, and semi-custom 1911). I was very impressed, easily keeping all of my shots (15 rds a piece) within the 8 ring at 10 yrds. Granted, this may not be extraordinary by any major competitors standards, but for a relatively new armature, i'm pretty impressed with myself. I was also fairly impressed with the stock trigger, although notedly, I have not had the opportunity to try a custom trigger job.

All in all, awesome purchase! I am very happy with my new acquisition and potential forerunner for top pistol spot in my small, but growing, arsenal.

It gets better, man. It gets better. :)

Once you get used to the trigger and the gun becomes natural to you, don't be surprised if you do that well at 25 yds.

My GLOCK 19 is the only handgun I would not consider trading off. 20 shot capacity (w/G17 mag &+2 ext) for nightstand duty, concealable 15+1 when needed, enough sight radius to compete with, super easy to detail strip & work on myself...
