Saw an ad in my American Rifleman for a new Remington auto, forget the model number, but the thing has a new porting system at the chamber. Apparently, the longer the shell in the chamber, the more ports it covers up, lowers the pressure via covering up ports.
Anyone seen and swung or even fired one of these things? The hype would have you thinkin' it'll never jam, never need cleaning, yadda, yadda. I'm interested if, per chance, it doesn't feel like swinging a lead pipe? Bound to be heavy, though, as it's chambered for 3.5". I could be talked into a new waterfowl gun, don't know why, Mossberg 500 works fine and the H&R 10 gauge ain't broke for geese. Just that new gun thing, ya know....:banghead:
