For any cowboy action shooters out there, a new firearms manufacturer – Arizona Territory Firearms (ATF) – will soon be producing a brand-new Remington No. 4 in .22 LR.
It's scheduled to be introduced in Tombstone during Helldorado days next June.
The manufacturers say it will be of much better quality than replicas from other countries. It’s to be made of high-grade steel, and with almost all of its parts interchangeable with the original. My understanding is that although it’s American-made and very high quality, it will have an affordable price.
DISCLOSURE: I’m personally acquainted with one of the company’s principals, but this is all I was permitted to learn, and I have absolutely no interest of any kind in the company.
I do love the name, though.
