With a little horse trading, I've ended up with a Saiga .410. I was wondering if the adjustable gas plug is a standard feature or not. I suppose I'll find out later tonight when I rip it apart, but if anyone can tell me beforehand I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, they all come with an adjustable plug. Aftermarket plugs usually just add additional settings.
