New Smith 642

As I posted about a month ago, I received the Smith 642 and did a trigger job on the gun. Today I took it out with a box of 50 rds of ARX ammo. My gosh that stuff shoots mild. Felt like more than the advertised 20% reduction in recoil. Trigger was very smooth. I can't imagine a lady or someone else that has arthritis or other condition, not finding this a very easy shooter combo.

I qualify for the arthritis condition and have been carrying the ARX ammo exclusively in my LCR .357...for the last couple of years. While I like the reduced recoil, I'm a bigger fan of the ballistics the round offers.

So am I. I carry ARX 9mm Plus P in my other CCW guns.
