Interesting note: The side of the barrel is not marked 357 magnum, but the bottom of the barrel just before the frame is marked simply "357"

Are those Hogue grips the original ones for that gun?

Yes, I'm sorry to say they are the correct grips that came on that gun.
The opposite side are marked with the Colt logo.
Trust me, if it wasn't a unfired factory correct gun, those would be long gone.
