Got a like-new Kahr PM9. Four mags, two holsters for $550. Tested it and it runs fine. Second shot is a little tough with high pressure ammo as you would expect...especially without the extended grip extention on the magazine. (sorry, the two fingers on the grip is a challenge for me with rapid fire) Still, it is more than accurate enough.

Finding a belt holster was tough so it rides in a G&G Yaqui Belt Slide on a 5.11 trainers belt. Nothing wrong with it but would prefer a holster molded specifically for it and I prefer a thumb break. It will do until Don Hume or Desantis catches up with production.

I am very happy to report that I just had the most comfortable concealed carry day of my life. The light flat gun and the stiff belt is a spectacular combination. Sitting, walking, whatever...barely know that it is there.

So if you are looking for a small auto to be your constant companion, I can highly recommend this combo.

Shoot straight amigos,

Guillermo

Carrying mine right now!

Congrats on your PM9 purchase - I love mine.

I carry mine in a Galco IWB - very comfortable. Enjoy!

Just got a tracking number that says mine will show up this Friday... been thinking about one for a long time... my Glock 26 is a bit chubby for comfortable inside the waist carry... I love my 638 S&W with Crimson Trace grips but hey, I hadn't bought a new gun in awhile... finally saw a new one show up on Bud's Guns... so I took the plunge.

I've never seen one in a gun shop... looked at the CW9 but really wanted to be able to pocket carry with ease... I have a hunch I'm going to be glad I held out for the sight unseen MP9...

i dont know if you like iwb kydex holsters or not but i bought a fist k3 holster from the gun store in ceder park.i actually have a pm40 but the holster is made for the pm9 and it fits and functions great.

Congrats! It's amazing how much firepower you're wielding with that little puppy in your hands isn't it? And when you holster it, it seems to magically disappear.

it seems to magically disappear

It really does. Even in a DeSanti pocket holster in a cargo pocket it is hardly there.

Once again, I can whole heartedly recommend it. The only problem is rapid fire with hot defense loads requires some expensive practice.

The best

congrats, u will love the pM9, nothing in its class. It's lite, It's small, it's top quality and mine ride sin my front pocket 24/7 in a desantis holster. Mine also hit the 20,000 round mark this week and I have never had one breakage or malfunction. The damn gun just goes bang every time. It will take you some time to learn kahrs looooooong but smooth trigger. It woks truly like a double action revolver with a looooong 3/8" trigger pull but oh so smooth. Youw illget very good at it. Practice close keep your shooting around 10 yards and under. that is where these guns shine best IMO. break it in properly, and do use the slide lock lever to load that first round, until you get the hang of racking a slide on a kahr. Due to their smallness and very tight fit, if you improperly rack it will ftf. use the lever and it willnever let you down.

Best gun I have ever owned Have some that I can shoot far better but darn they just won't fit in my front pocket either, so they are my range and home guns...

Nice gun..

Jocko, your enthusiastic posts about your now 20000 rounds + PM9 is a big part of what helped me decide on the PM9 platform. I've been seeing less and less reports of problems with PM9s of late. Hopefully Kahr has whatever bugs that were in some of the earlier versions smoothed out now.

The UPS tracking number says my order will be delivered tomorrow. The Hardware store says UPS is always there by 1:00PM so that means my wait time is down to 24 hours and 11 minutes.... not that I'm anxious to get it or anything:)

BTW, This is only my second public post here. I have been reading THR for sometime now and have learned a lot. I appreciate all the cumulative knowledge among the members.
