I just picked it up today, got a pretty good deal on it. One SS 8 rnd mag, one blue 7 rnd mag, a Hume IWB holster, box and papers for 750 LNIB out the door. Less than 150 rounds, probably more like 100. He said he "owes" me a mag but I won't hold my breath. Anyway, I'm happy and that's all that matters right?

Went straight to the range (I was hungry and still went straight there, couldn't wait).
Sent 94 rounds down range.
1st box was mostly cheap range reloads (Atlanta) 37 rounds out of that, had 13 cor-bons mixed in (leftovers from my brother)
So I shot;
7 corbon +p's and
87 Atlanta reloads total

4 issues

Round 17 - Slide locked back on Round #2 in mag
Round 32 - Slide locked back on Corbon 3rd round in mag
Round 34 - Slide locked back on Corbon 5th round in mag
Round 94 - FTF on last round in mag with 8 round SS mag. Someone else was shooting it and I wsn't watching. :shrug:

I'm pretty sure the premature slide locks were Operator Error. There was a screw loose between the trigger and the floor. :D I might have been pushing it up a little becasue I was too worried about having a good grip on it. I started making sure I wasn't riding the slide release and the problem went away.

The recoil wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be and even the +p cor bons were manageable. AWESOME!!!!!!

I am not disappointed. Trigger is sooooo sweet, the slide feels like its on ball bearings and it's not even broken in yet! Off to go clean her out really well then a depressing trip to taco bell with my crappy old ugly (and boringly reliable) S&W M&P9c on my side. :D

I would have taken pics of my targets but my groups got progressively worse throughout the evening. The range was closing on me and I was just getting rounds off to get it broke and get used to it.

I'll keep everyone posted if I have any more hiccups.
