Hey All ,

I am wanting to get into reloading and I am needing some information. Does anyone have any links where I can read up on the basics of reloading ?
I go on midway USA and I get overwhelmed by all of the "doo-dads" and such that they have. I do know what a press is, but thats about it.

I have never reloaded ammo , but I know several people that do. I have asked them several times to let me know when they start another run so I can learn , but no one has contacted me , so I have given up on them. What is funny , all of the friends I know keep telling me to start reloading, but none of them will assist me in learning how.

Any links or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Well, I suppose you can go to the top of this Handloading and Reloading subforum and click on the Sticky that says For the New Reloader... READ THIS FIRST.

Also, The ABC's of Reloading is an excellent book with good basic information. In addition, any of the reloading manuals such as the Lyman, Speer, or Hornady manuals are excellent as well. There are others - these are just a few examples - there are many others.

Sierra has some nice videos for the basics. Tubbs walks you through all of the steps and equipment for both rifle and pistol rounds.

I got mine through Cabelas and regularly loan them out to others that want to begin to reload. Of course they are probably DVDs by now.

Yeah, I read the sticky on the reloading. I was just asking the more knowledgeable if there was other "supplemenetal" info. I finally found a couple of sites that had some info. Today, I drove up north and found a Speer reloading manual in a gun shop.

I appreciate everyone's help.
