I saw and handled one at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Convention in Reno. It's a big step up from the old post 64s, but then again, so is the price. It's more in the line of a Kimber or Cooper rifle than the old Model 70s or current Remington 700s. The trigger was nice, I think a lot of manufacturers are making guns with better triggers now. Fit and finish on the "new" model 70 was excellent.
