I resolve to be less reactionary and more respectful of my fellow gun owners online. We are all on the same side as far as enjoying and respecting our 2nd amendment rights and I have been guilty of being snarky and judgemental.

I resolve to be kinder, gentler, and more patient with my fellow enthusiasts. Even the 1911 snobs... :neener:

I resolve to try to learn more about the things I am interested in and to browse more threads here that may not interest me as much. Who knows maybe you guys can convince me to buy a Glock. Nah, probably not. Happy New Year folks.

I'll own up to trying to be the master of clever snark and quick judgements ... And hey, I bought a Glock this year (twenty years after selling my last one), so I can't still come across as the righteous slayer of Glock fan-boys anymore. I will say that it's doubtful that I can stop making fun of those who don't get the 1911 and those who believe everything they read on the internet about SIGs, but I resolve to work on that ...

Having created avid shooters of my children, their significant others and many of their friends -- my goal in the upcoming year is to continue converting young people to the understanding of our complete Bill of Rights and the need to possess at least a basic level of firearms knowlege.

I consciously try to represent the THR code, but I should work on being more patient with posters.

In real life, I need to organize my gun room and try to keep it organized.

I will continue to ask the question of who’s agenda I see all around me (especially on the television) - where does this kind of power come from? I will continue to fish, hunt, shoot, reload, etc to relax - I will constantly remind myself of how fortunate I was to meet my wife - what a great woman! I will smell the coffee.

We will see! Just kidding! Happy New Year!

More time reading completely and verifying what you see as wrong, then posting less misinformation will be good for us ALL in the long run.
I also will take as many shooting that want to go. Teach as many that want to learn to reload as possible as well.
Live up to the image my cats believe I am.:p.

If only this were true. In the past month or so I've become aware of many on this forum that will gladly sell your Second Amendment Rights down the river as long as they can keep their FUDD guns.

As a CA resident, I feel hung out we have the same goals to preserve and maintain the 2'nd.

For resolutions not just here: to have the patience and ability to learn from the many contributions and knowledge expressed. I manage to put my foot in places that would have better been managed by slowing down and evaluating before making that figuratively "step".
