I live in a virtual swamp and I sweat massive during the warm season (9 months per year).

This combined with my need for a true pocket pistol leads me to the precipise of buying a Micro Eagle. FWIW, the Rugler LCP is not an option as it is available only in blued finish and from what I have seen, that is not even well applied.

How will the Micro Eagle with Nickel Teflon finish hold up if I handle this gun daily and don't wipe and oil it every night?

If you carry it in a pocket holster of a moisture-resistant material, there should be little concern about direct perspiration contact. There is still the humidity, of course.

While the Micro Eagle's finish may not be of this exact composition, the similar (in concept) Robar NP3 finish is certainly very corrosion resistant, far more so than bluing.

NP3 is very corrosion resistant, a 1 mil (.001) coating exceeding a 240 hour salt spray test.

While the frame and slide will be plated, the barrel might not be, so keep that in mind.

Nickel/Teflon

While Arizona does not have the humidity of Texas we do get hot in the summer and sweat can certainly pose a problem to finishes on daily wear guns.
Here is my 1911 done in Robar NP3 - Electroless Nickel with Teflon. It has been carried in a strongside holster, high and close to the body, for several years.

Also, my PPK/s was done in NP3 a while ago and I pocket carry it, without a holster, when its not convenient to carry my 1911.

There is no sign of rust or corrosion on either pistol. Robar guarantees NP3 for life against corrosion, peeling or flaking.

BK,

Nothing against stainless. But I do not believe the Micro Eagle is offered in SS. The Bersa 380 is, but that is not my choice for a pocket pistol.

Colt Mustang Pocketlite is the smallest pocket pistol I know of that is all SS (except for the plastic). It is definitely smaller than a Bersa.
It may have some non-SS small internals. I haven't taken one apart.
It's still bigger and fatter than the LCP or P3AT, but it is pocketable. I prefer it, and carry mine when my clothes allow it.
