Looking for advice on Night sights to replace my Novak s...What's the best choice, buy from optics planet & have local smith install, or send in to Novak's?.

How's your local smith?
I'd send a slide to the people that will do it right. I like Trijicon's, but I don't know if they install.
(I send hockey skate steel from to Maine for a proper sharpening. There isn't one decent proshop in Cincy. Go figure.)
