I signed the petition but if I'm being honest, it did not seem very well written. I mean no offense by this and only say it because I truly believe that a better versed petition with more facts would serve your cause much more.

To whom it may concern,
As we both know, The process in which to acquire a concealed carry license in New Jersey can be described in short as being "Impossible" to receive. With our judge's and state's desecration of "Justifiable need" being completely outrageous.

Even those applicant's like Jeff Muller, Who was kidnapped not once, but twice! He had to file a law suit against the state of NJ for a CCW permit, just to protect himself from the people he testified against. This was after being turned down because NJ said he did not have "Justifiable Need".

The under signers of this petition demand that New Jersey makes it possible for all "Law-Abiding Citizens" to be able to obtain a NJ CCW Permit without jumping through the hoops of justifiable need like we do now. Self defense is a justifiable need in itself, and it is written in our constitution that we hold "The right to bear arms". We ask for Concealed Carry outside of the home to all Law-Abiding Citizens of New Jersey.
