NJ legal SKS or AK?

Is there any hope for me. I would love to get one of the variants if possible. Does anyone know if there are any options that would suit my fancy?

SKS is easier for NJ since you can buy anyone that does not have a detachable mag. Get the fixed 10rnd and your fine.
AK's cant have flash hider and only run <15rnd mags, no virt grip, just keep it plain and its fine.

Don't most sks have bayonet lugs? Is that ok?

No, they have a hinge mounted bayonet... no lug.

SKS for the most part is perfectly legal in NJ as is. Pretty cheap also.
