Gunslingers, plinkers and sharpshooters listen up.

The Sandoval County Commission is scheduled to vote to publish and post a new county ordinance that bans shooting firearms within certain urbanized parts of Sandoval County.

After the ordinance has been published the commission can vote on whether to adopt it at a later meeting.

"It affects the unincorporated area of Rio Rancho Estates," County Attorney David Mathews said. "The days are over when people could go on the west mesa and blast away. People are getting tired of getting shot at."

Its mostly the gang-banger morons with their SKS's that they are worried about... That is the area I go shooting at, but I go back into the boonies a little farther than the punksters, who just stop and start blasting without checking out what is BEHIND what they are shooting at... :what: :fire:

The only living things that are beyond where I shoot are jackrabbits and snakes... :D

Some of the people out in the estates actually have bullet holes in their houses (trailers) from the little vermin.... :what:
