Until you come up with the money for a Giraud, almost all of the hand-powered mini-lathes have available attachments that allow them to be powered by a hand-drill. Here is the one for the Forster:

You can also get additional cutter shafts here, and get the lock rings from Forster, so you are not having to continually reset the Forster lock rings back and forth.

My first 10 years handloading I did it all by hand. It's a wonder I do not have repetitive motion injuries as a result.
