I ordered some bullets from F&M Reloading Equipment Inc. and they said they'd be shipped in 1 to 5 days. When they didn't arrived by 14 days later I called and found that they didn't have any to ship. Nor did they have any when they accepted the order.

I really wish that vendors that can't supply things would just put the "out of stock" info in their pages, so I wouldn't place the order in the first place.

I'm not sure I'd use them again?
 
They did nearly the exact same thing to me with a bullet mold... I emailed twice to no reply, and when I finally could get through on the phone was told they expect to ship it later in the week. Yeah, OK bud; cancelled right there, and never ordered from them again. It's dishonest, plain and simple... Either it's in stock or not, and I'm not buying it's a mistake crap if that's what they would have tried to plead. How's about an update, or answer your damn emails.

I'm sure we will also get "best place to shop ever" replies, which is even more frustrating... Inconsistency.
 
Not alone I guess.

I too tried getting an answer from them with an e-mail after 11 days and they did not respond. That's why I finally called them on the phone.
