No gunsmithing necissary mounts for old style S&W?

I have an excellent condition 60's era S&W 18 22lr which shoots like a laser, but my eyes aren't the greatest for the provided sights. I am hoping someone can direct me to a manufacturer of K frame S&W scope mounts which will fit without modification a 60's era, pre-drilled and tapped gun. Any ideas?
