No lockback

My NORINCO, full size 1911 locks back after the last round with one magazine, but with the two others I have, it does not.
Any advice?

Sounds like the magazine follower is not pushing up the hold open lever on the slide.

#1 possible cause: Weak magazine spring (most common)

#2 possible cause: Broken or damaged follower

#3 possible cause: Broken or damaged slide stop lever (least common)

My advice is to buy new mags.
