No same day audio of McDonald

According to Scotusblog.com, the Supreme Court denied a request for same day audio release of the McDonald oral argument audio.

Transcript should, however, be available latter in the day.

Scotusblog reported this morning that there would be no live-blogging of the oral argument since no live audio feed is available.

What to do?

I set aside the morning to listen, now another example of the transparency of government. Please give me a compelling reason for the court to turn off the mics. If my cynacism rises any higher, I may throw up.

Perhaps the lack of transparency is due to the insulting behavior the POTUS did to the SCOTUS during the state of the union speech earlier this year.

That could be, PTOUS did slam the Court pretty hard. I read SCOTUSblogs take on the oral arguments - we win, but not huge.
