Call the number and ask, it's TOLL FREE.

They, NRA, were so backlogged, it took 10 days for my credit card to post the charge.

I have never seen the life memberships go for less than $300 and when the NRA does usually send out the $300 they have a limit of how many people the sponsor can can sign up from what I remember. So this seems a pretty good deal.

I can report the 1-888-678-7894 number is good. As mentioned above, it took a few days for the charge to post to my credit card. About a week later I logged onto the NRA site and see my old member ID is now posted as life and active.

I got the monthly salary a little earlier than expected! Signed up today! Life Member! Yep the lady did say they were very backlogged large volume of people signing up!

I think the NRA is looking at the writing on the wall and seeing that $300 for anyone who calls and wants life is a heck of alot better than the $35(?) yearly. it's putting bodies in the pool count, and of course the old adage "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush."
