Noob question about sights on ruger mark III

I'm about to buy a Ruger mark III .22 pistol for target practice, and I may want to get fiber optic sights. I was wondering whether the factory sights that come with it are removable, so that if later I want to replace them with fiber optics I'll be able to. Or would I have to buy it with fiber sights in the first place?

Yes, you can remove and replace non-fiber optic sights and add the fiber optic sights. Ruger sells the parts directly.
