I own a Benelli Vinci, I was hoping to get a mag extension for it someday, but it looks like Benelli is unwilling to jump through the ATF hoops to get it imported into the USA. They apparently sell them in the UK, so unfair!

Anyway, I found "Nordic Components Extended Magazine Tube" on brownells, which does fit the m2/m4 and many other shotguns.

I'm half tempted to give it a try to see if if it fits. Anyone own one of these for another shotgun and want to offer an opinion?

Get the tube extension along with the barrel clamp.

I've got a Nordic tube extension on my Benelli M2 and it has been completely trouble free.

The guys at Nordic make very good products and I have no qualms about recomending them to other shooters.

In the 3 gun world, Nordic is one of the brands that people swear by.

Thanks for the reply, but I just realized why it won't work :(

Up until the Vinci, traditional gas-operated shotgun design says the barrel is held onto the shotgun by the barrel nut. Removing this nut will allow the barrel to come off the magazine tube. This concept simply doesn't exist on the Vinci, since the barrel is connected straight to the buttstock. There simply is no barrel nut!

Magazine tubes work but threading onto where the barrel nut goes.... so this won't work for the Vinci! You'd have to have the entire tube replaced... which is removable, but I just found out it's illegal to import such devices into the USA, but oddly enough not illegal to possess one made in the USA (If i'm reading the wording right). So... my quest is over until the law changes.

Just a quick note on the Nordic mag ext. Really nice product, fits great and the finish was a good match for my Nova. It's a little pricy, but I'm reminded of the old "you get what you pay for" line. The barrel clamp is nice too.
